DICE Mentoring is a relationship-led mentoring organisation supporting children and young people who may be struggling with education, confidence, emotional wellbeing, behaviour, identity or direction. We believe progress begins when a young person feels respected, understood and able to take ownership of their next step.
Our mentors do not approach learners from above or expect one method to work for everyone. We listen, build trust and create an individual route into engagement. Sessions can combine conversation, reflection, physical activity, practical learning, music, games and community-based experiences, depending on the learner’s needs, interests and agreed outcomes.
DICE Mentoring continues the mentoring experience and relationships developed through IPFT Ltd, trading as Iprovefit Mentoring, while operating as a new legal entity with its own governance, policies and contractual arrangements.
Jerel has been attending our school to lead anti-social behaviour interventions with students. Our students found him to be extremely approachable, the sessions were enjoyable, and our students really engaged.
If only we could run this out to all our students!
